FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are looking to identify a Service Administration Supervisor to join our FAMCO team in Dubai. You will be tasked with managing the service activities between Principals, National Service Department, Famco workshops, other Departments, Suppliers and Contract customers. You will be the point of contact for service procurement, Service Contracts, Training, warranty, productivity analysis, Recalls, Service Literature and personnel issues, and to ensure the necessary ongoing administrative support. The primary function of your role will include the following; * Ensure timely and accurate reporting of service KPI's to Senior Management * Provide support for Technical Training Managers with relation to enquiries, administration, delegate welfare and follow up. * Issue evaluated proposals for tools, equipment and special services tools and maintain adequate supply to increase the level of workshop efficiency and productivity. * Supervise the procurement process and issue proposals on behalf of Service locations to streamline purchases and minimise cost through centralised/ bulk purchases. * To co-ordinate with the location Managers and ensure that the assets in their possession are well- maintained and proper order. * Total responsibility for the administration of FAMCO's Service Contract portfolio including producing proposals, issuing contracts, monitor cost/expenditure, monthly billing, excess mileage, contract closures & renewals. * To Co-ordinate administrative aspect of activities of all locations to ensure uniformity and efficiency the of operations.  |
RequirementsRequirements The selected candidate will have the following education, skills and experience; * You will hold a minimum qualification of a diploma or University Degree specialising in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering. * Knowledge of Manufacturer's / Engineering / Quality standards and Service programmes with at least 5 years experience in a retail Distributor environment.  * Have a thorough understanding of MS applications and computer literate. * Be well orgainsed with a high level of attention to detail. |
