Employment: Full Time

Service Administrator / Chargehand - Truck & Bus Service Aftermarket - FAMCO - Abu Dhabi

As a part of the Service Team, you will be responsible for carrying out Service Administration duties and Chargehand duties as required. You will report to Workshop Supervisor and Line Manager.

Requirements

You should ideally be a HGV Technician and have completed High School Education with an Apprenticeship industry recognized qualification.

You should possess vocational training with Experience and Qualifications in the relevant field.

You should have good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Knowledge of vehicle electronics and computer added diagnostics is essential with a history of working in a Premium Brand Dealership environment.

Soft Skills:
You will be a honest and trustworthy Team worker, Customer focused and courteous and respectful to Customer and Staff.
