Service Administrator – DOMASCO

Job description / Role

Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 15 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio and Sanyo as well as Yanmar marine engines in the country.We are currently looking to recruit experienced Service Administrator for Honda Workshop.  
The primary focus of the role will be to achieve or exceed given levels of customer satisfaction and sales figures in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The main duties within the role include the following:

* Creation and compiling of all Management Reports and D.O.C's for Aftersales.
* Following up all Department receivables in a time bound fashion.
* Monitoring and reconciliation of all Petty cash entries.
* Maintaining Company car fleet for registration and maintenance aspects.
* Creation of all L.P.O and Credit notes.
* Providing system support to all users.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Essential to have 3 years experience in a similar position preferably from a reputed company
* Excellent communication and customer handling skills
* Numeracy and computer operations skills
* Well-groomed and presentable
* Self-motivated, reliable and confident
* Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
* Education - Graduation Level
