The RoleThe Role Maintain fully operational stores, materials in / out and purchasing operation as per Aggreko (ISO) procedure. Monitor and assist with Aggreko servicing schedules and procedures. Monitor the preparation for hire of equipment in compliance with Aggreko procedures. Maintain all records pertaining to breakdowns, equipment status, service hours and spillages. Maintain up to date Service Records for all equipment in depot. Ensure all electrical and electronic measuring devices have valid test documents. Completion of site reports, shift reports, logs and associated documentation. Compile all depot monthly (service department) reports (QHSE & ISO) and forward to Regional office at each month end. Record and action responses to service calls in the absence of service engineers. Compliance to QHSE Best Operating Practices & ISO 9001- 2000 Policy and Procedures. Promote safe working practices within the service depot at all times. Arrange delivery and/or collection of materials from local suppliers within the relevant depot territory. Raise all depot purchase requisitions and local purchase orders. All other assigned tasks. |
RequirementsRequirements Able to work the hours required to enhance the service division operations. Valid GCC driving license essential. Recognized qualification of Electrical and / or Mechanical Engineering. Good command of English language, spoken and written Good communication skills. Computer literate. Ability to work in a team environment. Able to work on own initiative and under pressure. Able to work to strict timeframes and achieve results. Previous experience with the Service and Maintenance of Diesel Engines or HVAC would be an advantage. Must be able to work on written procedures and comply with company policies. |
