Job description / Role
- Receiving customer vehicles for service and repairs and raising order with regards to body shop.
- Providing detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repair.
- Raising warranty approvals and service order.
- Regularly following up with workshop controller and technician on vehicle status, updating customer of progress.
- Following up payment of credit customer.
- Conducting post service followups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
B.Sc in Automobile/ Mechanical engineer, MS Office literate. Knowledge of basic service workshop and garage equipment. SAP familiarization will be an advantage.
Bilingual speaker fluent in English and Arabic communication. Convincing and trust worthy nature of the applicant.
