The Role


The Role


1-Greeting customers politely and courteously once they enter the reception area.

2- Listen to their complaints and attend to their problems.

3- Open a job card in accordance with the complaints. Mention the labor charges and parts charges only if the customer insists. Check history file.

4- Follow-up of the job to check if delivery possible on the date promised. Contract customer for additional job. For any job more than KD 50/- , call the customer . Also to contact the customer if the vehicle will not be ready on the date promised.

5- While delivering the vehicle to the customer, explain the details of the job done and the parts changed.. etc. Also it is needed to explain the Quality Control sheet. Approach the Garage Manager for discount if the charge for labor and parts amounts to more than KD. 50/- and only if the customer requests.

6- Arrange for the checking, cleaning and delivery of the vehicle to the customer through the reception driver.

7- For a repeat job, special attention should be given by the receptionist to get the job done on a priority basis giving the customer top quality service.

8- Ensure that all invoices and Job Cards are recorded in the register and check if any Job Card is not inside and job not completed on the delivery date and if not check why.

Requirements


Requirements


•Engineering graduate (Automotive / Mechanical / Electrical).
•Good Communication skills (Arabic & English).
•Automotive After sales service experience preferred.
•Customer Service Focused.
