The Role


The Role


The position is responsible for delivering an efficient service to customers who bring their vehicles to the workshop for repairs and servicing and to liaise with customers during the period of repair or servicing.

The focus of the position is to receive vehicles brought in by customers for servicing/repairs by recording work to be done, provide customers with the costs of servicing/repairs and feedback during the process where it becomes necessary.

Qualification: Diploma from Vocational Institute. Courses in product knowledge and customer service.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in workshop operations and knowledge of spare parts in automotive business.

Skills: Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and repairs. Strong Customer handling Skills. Computer Literacy (Intermediate MS Office). Good listening and persuasive selling skills.

Languages: Ability to Speak and Write in Arabic with basic knowledge of English.
