Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a company dealing in global collaboration and communication services, we are recruiting a fluent Polish speaking Service Assurance Agent to be responsible for providing live assistance for all company's products across client base. You will be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external Service Level Agreements are met all times and that the standard of service provided to clients is of highest quality. You will provide basic troubleshooting to clients for any service complaints, and be responsible for ensuring that your tickets are managed according to SLA's via CRM tool.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have fluent skills in English and in Polish (written and spoken). Candidate should also have experience in Customer Service and Support in communication industry; should also have experience in HTML and IT industry. You have excellent telephone manners and you are experienced managing internal & external relationships.You have entrepreneurial spirit, good team-building skills and stable work record.
