Position Description
We are seeking a Service Center Advisor, who will be responsible to service customer requests, answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information in a professional manner..

Reporting to the Call Center Manager, this position will be based in Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA).

Specific responsibilities will include:
• Answering phones professionally.
• Responding to customer inquiries received via calls, emails and faxes.
• Researching required information using available resources.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Identifying cross sell, up sell, leads opportunities and following set process.
• Rescuing Cancellations.
• Providing customers with product and service information.
• Processing orders, forms and applications.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues.
• Routing calls to appropriate resource/departments.
• Following up customer calls where necessary.
• Completing call logs as required.
• Completing call reports as required.
• Ensure all tasks and activities are in conformance with Chartis Controls Framework Operating Standards.

The successful candidate for this position must have 1 to 2 years experience in a call center environment, good written, verbal, listening, teamwork & multi-tasking skills and proficient in English & Arabic/or Hindi, French.
