Job description / Role
My client a leading express logistics company with a presence all over the world are looking to recruit a Service Center Manager for there busy Jeddah operation.
The purpose of the role is to exceed the customer expectation with regards to pick up and delivery of orders with zero tolerance to losses and damages.
The scope of the role would be to mange and deployment of the operations including up to 150 FTE in PUD, Warehouse and Operations across 2-5 Depots
Key Performance Indicators would include:
* On time delivery
* Pick up quality performance
* Data Accuracy
* Daily PUD cost per round
* Employee Engagement
Requirements
Nature and length of previous experience:
- Over 5 years experience in managing a large team within a operational capacity in Express Logistics such as HUB/Depot?Gateway
- Proven experience and knowledge in effective training, coaching and people management practices including leadership development.
- Specialist knowledge: Must have worked in an Express Logistics environment
- Excellent salary and benefits package offered for this position including children education
