Job description / Role
Due to recent growth, vacancies have arisen for enthusiastic, customer centric individuals to join the AIG team as Service Center Advisors.
Working in a busy and hands on role; the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a variety of different campaigns, responsible for taking the inbound calls of our customers.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Identifying cross sell, up sell, leads opportunities and following set process.
- Providing customers with product and service information.
- Processing orders, forms and applications.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues.
- Following up customer calls where necessary.
- Completing call logs as required.
- Completing reporting as required.
Requirements
As a native Arabic speaker, ideally you have will a minimum of two years working in a customer centric environment. A team player, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
