Charterhouse is working with a luxury watch brand who are looking to hire an Arabic speaking Service Centre Supervisor to join their team.

This role will report to the General Manager. You will be responsible for staff scheduling and monitoring as well as performance evaluation and burnout. You will also create your mission statement and build a foundation of procedures for delivering excellent customer care. You will be the first point of contact for customers with queries or fault issues and assist them with adjustments and repairs to their items. Additionally, you will deal with clients and watch enthusiasts who have a passion for watches, often collecting specific models and brands. It is therefore essential that you match this enthusiasm for watches and the history that accompanies them.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the ability to work effectively across groups and departments coupled with a cross-functional mind-set. It is essential you are an Arabic speaker and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
