Department: Service Contract Dept. After sales Distributor

Job Role:

Responsible to handle complete contracts processing and to follow directives of the Contracts Supervisor to achieve the sales & financial targets of the department.

Description of the Accountability:

Productivity
* Responsible to create contracts for inter/intra companies, goodwill contracts & showrooms.
* Provide support to the sales & service branches to create/update the contracts in IS AUTO through service desk.
* Preparing monthly contracts sales & incentive reports.

Communication
* Assist all branches sales staff by answering queries, quoting and resolving their contracts related issues.

Personal Development
* Get OJT & all other necessary trainings to be more competent, efficient & productive.

Contracts Operational & Financial Status
* Make sure there is no overcharging or wrong billing in the service contracts invoices. If error is there, inform your line manager
* Check & analyse all valid activated contracts in the system from operational & financial view point.

Team Work
* Ensure to work as a team in professional & efficient manner by adopting supporting style to achieve monthly sales & financial targets.

Quality
* Ensure quality work in all documentation and contracts processing

Job Context:

Some of the current important strategic challenges for the Contract department are:

* Constant support of the sales team (sales executives & service advisors) with contracts creating & updating ensuring WIPs remain at a minimum thereby driving performance
* Ensure correct customer, vehicle & pricing details before to create the contract as this job will safeguard interests of the customer & company.
* Daily performance report & monthly reporting of nationwide sales figures to senior managers and related parties

The job holder plays a key role in supporting the constant growth, support and expansion of business unit through efficient and effective detail oriented performance and management of tasks and the department assuring top and constantly surpassing the assigned targets.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma in Auto / Mech. Engineering or Degree in Business

Minimum Experience: 2 - 4 years in automotive industry as a Contracts Executive or Service Advisor

Job-Specific Skills: Target oriented, good MS Office knowledge, good communication skills, problem solving skills and reporting knowledge

Behavioural Competencies: Achievement Orientation, strategic thinking skills, solutions oriented team working skills
