The RoleThe RoleHonda is one of the UAE's most popular automotive brands and enjoys a presence here dating back to the 1970's when it was introduced by the Al-Futtaim family. Honda's presence in the market has grown considerably, aided of course by excellent products - a car for every occasion, motorcycles, marine motors and other power products to make lives easier. We are the sole distributor for all Honda products in the UAE and our nationwide network of showrooms cover the country to enable everybody to experience and enjoy the Honda range of products easily and conveniently.We are currently looking to recruit experienced Service Coordinator to work within our Honda operations, based in Dubai, UAE.The main responsibilities include the following:* Evaluate the labour and parts line items in a service order and split into different jobs and allocate sub order.* Apply discounts in consultation with Service Manager on labour and parts items on the service order* Handling Cash Desk * Apply parts issued on a service order to the appropriate labour jobs for proper accounting.* Carry out Good Receipts and Invoice Verifications* Raising purchase orders for sublets and bought outs related to service order* Prepare Invoices on DMS and arrange for Active delivery of vehicles.* Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time.* Handling branch Petting Cash* Regularly monitor orders raised ensure timely billing. * Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:* Preferably holding a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree* Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence are critical for this job. * You should also good in PC Skills/ MS Office and capable of using dealer management systems with minimum training.* Experience in Cash handling / branch accounts maintenance will be an added advantage. |
