Competing in the UAE's Japanese, American and European automotive marketplace, the company is supported by a network of modern showrooms, workshops and parts outlets across the UAE, with sales and after-sales operations existing in all seven emirates.

Volvo is now firmly established in the UAE as a supplier of prestige automobiles, able to compete with the very best in the marketplace. Volvo, whilst retaining its enviable reputation for safety has now one of the most luxurious refined models ranges available. The V70 station wagon remains a firm favorite with Emirates Airlines for its Business Class limousine service.

Trading Enterprises currently employs approximately 390 highly skilled employees of 20 varying nationalities. To further build capability in our staff and to enhance customer engagement levels, intensive customer service training program is conducted  on an ongoing basis for all staff at all levels, solidifying the company's endeavor to be recognized as the premier automotive company of choice.

We are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to be based in Dubai. The main responsibilities of this role include:

* Handling all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for call and forwarding to the relevant team members, subject to availability.
* Providing an excellent customer service as per the company's policies and procedures.
* Resolving customer queries promptly and within the company guidelines, before escalating to a higher level if necessary.
* Attending to customers' needs and understanding their requirements in order to ensure that a maximum number of inquiries are handled and resolved efficiently.
* Logging calls (including time, date and caller details).
* Dealing with 'drop in' customers as quickly and proficiently as possible, by coordinating with employees and customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Bachelor of Engineering - any discipline course.
* Strong English Communication skills.
* 1-2 years of experience in a Receptionist or Customer Service role.
* Familiar with telephone etiquette.
* Proactive, hardworking and motivated.
* Familiar with different computer applications such as MS Office and Outlook.
* Ability to speak Arabic is an advantage.
