Service Delivery Manager (IT Security)

Job description / Role

Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and managing Service Level Agreements, monitoring service level performance, reporting service level performance, conducting service reviews and provide process and service improvements
- Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery with necessary Documents
- Building and maintaining customer relationships and mitigating and resolving escalations
- Providing detailed reports as per an agreed schedule or on request, including management and account performance reports
- Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA.
- Experience in information security in:
• Vulnerability management
• Intrusion Detection and Prevention
• VPN, endpoint protection services
• Security Operation Center
• Identity & access management
• Client security management, investigation & forensics

Requirements

Skills:

Must have-
- Experience in managing security domain implementation projects
- Experience in delivery management related to IT/Network Security Infra projects
- Ability to engage various internal teams and coordination for resources and project needs
- Knowledge of Project management, ITSM and various ITIL tools
- Participation in customer engagement management
- Ready to travel as per business demand
