Service Delivery Manager, Dubai, UAE
Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE is looking for a committed and result-oriented Service Delivery Executive for their growing team in Dubai.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you are expected to assist the Clients delivery team with any issues impacting their ability to deliver as well as acting as the key point of contact for the Client in any commercial matter relating to the engagement.
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Client Engagement
- Commercial Management
- Delivery Assurance
- Resource Management.
Requirements
In able to be qualified for the role, you should be commercially astute with proven experience in the full client engagement life-cycle, from proposal preparation up to project completion. You should have the ability to represent a multidisciplinary Programme Delivery and Technical Team in a client facing capacity. It is also essential that you have experience of management of controls of budgets and experience of design and implementation of processes. Ideal candidate should be highly motivated self-starter and with excellent risk mitigation skills and with experience working with senior stakeholders.
