Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide excellent 1st line Technical Support for all the services we support, including Audio, Web, Vidyo, Plug Ins.
- To troubleshoot incident with the clients and to do the utmost to provide first point resolution.
- To manage the escalation process for incidents within the department, ensuring all relevant information is captured and be responsible for escalation to 2nd level support (Service Operations Team).
- To be confident in supporting the full range of company's products, including but not limited to Audio, Web, Add ons, Vidyo.

To assist with Live Assistance duties such as:
- placing callers through to conference,
- assisting customers who are having issues with their audio call,
- dealing with queries over the customer service line,
- doing dial outs for customers and taking names of callers for our event call service.

- To be trained and to host event calls when required by the manager.
- To assist with tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

**CANDIDATE MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND ROMANIAN OR CZECH**

Candidate must also:
- Possess and use a confident, clear professional telephone manner at all times.
- To be technically minded, be interesting in web related troubleshooting.
- Excellent Computer literacy. This must include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and PowerPoint, along with company's in house software. (Recommended keystroke efficiency of 5000+).
- An excellent understanding of our audio, web, Vidyo .
- Experience with Webex & Adobe highly desirable.
- Highly organised, with strong self motivation and administrative skills.
- To be proactive in assisting with issues and queries.
- To be able to mentor and support other personnel within the department.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and attention to time keeping, at all times.
