The Role


JOB DESRIPTION:

• Handle service related customer complaints.
• Review record in-coming maintenance job and plan necessary action against it.
• Coordinate with spare parts department to make a job quotation.
• Verify the completed job against customer complaints.
• Plan/ perform pre-commissioning activities of company’s new supplier’s equipments.
• Development / Verification of required commissioning reports
• Visit customers for troubleshooting as well as to convince for service contracts & other related After Sales business.
• LPO Follow-Up
• Well conversant with servicing, troubleshooting & fault finding of diesel and motor driven screw air compressor, as well as overhauling of compressor screw elements & diesel engines. Hands-on experience preferred

PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

• BSC or diploma in Engineering.
• Hardworking and can work with minimum supervision.
• Self Driven, results oriented with a positive outlook towards job.
• Reliable, tolerant and determined and can work under pressure.
• A team player – able to get along with others.
• Computer literate.
• Well verse in English communication both oral and written.
• Can work independently in repairing of equipment, organizing & allocating technicians for the jobs.
• Familiarity with modern electronic control systems for the compressors would be an added advantage.
