Job description / Role

Requirements
We are seeking a Service Engineer to work on an exciting & innovative transport system, a Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system, the first operational system of its kind in the world.
The role is interesting & varied; the typical working day can consist of addressing issues through corrective maintenance, routine preventive maintenance, operations assistance, trouble-shooting, component repairs – but every day is different! A key requirement is that all Service Engineers must have good practical skills, although with all such jobs there is a certain amount of paperwork, the job is really hands-on, whether it be repairing broken parts or replacing brake pads.
Qualifications
University Degree (Electrical or Mechanical as a must but Mechatronics desirable)
Experience
4 years minimum practical experience
Experience working on industrial applications/installations is ideal as well as mechanical works, such as experience working on cars or machinery
A basic knowledge of electronics is essential (advanced knowledge would be preferable)
A basic knowledge of networks is desirable (advanced knowledge would be preferable)
