Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Service Fulfillment Analyst (SFA) is responsible to fulfill internal end users IT service requests and to contribute to IT Int'l projects within the assigned region.
Interact with end users to clarify their needs and identify which standard IT solutions are the most appropriate and available to fulfill their requests.
Work with the Global Service Delivery team, the Computing Standards and Architecture organization to identify requirements for non-enterprise regional standards. Submit non-standard applications to Architecture.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Place and track computing hardware and software orders.
• Work with appropriate regional stakeholders and suppliers to provide financial paperwork such as invoices and receipts to Accounting Departments in a timely manner.
• Work with buyers on IT hardware, software and services supplier selection, evaluation and assessments in the assigned region.
• Handle access management requests per defined procedures.
• Execute asset management processes as they relate to computing inventory records and IT assets lifecycle.
• Contribute to IT International projects as needed and as coordinated by the assigned project manager.
• Infrequent Business travel may be expected to other regional and global sites as driven by business needs.
• Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management.

You should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

• Ability to communicate with and support teammates, customers, and suppliers in a professional manner.
• Ability to demonstrate superior knowledge of desktop computing systems including operating systems, networks, hardware, software packages and utilities, computer control languages and commands.
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to analyze, select, build, assemble, test, certify, evaluate, implement, manage and maintain desktop, network and server delivery systems, subsystems, and components.
• Able to work independently, be self-planning and take the initiative to solve conflicts/issues, be persistent and meet commitments. Capable of managing multiple tasks at once and meeting commitments; positive attitude even in a stressful situations. Good interpersonal skills to effectively gather / negotiate end user needs and translate them into practical solutions. Structured approach, precision and attention to detail. Solid written and oral communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages used in the assigned region definitely a plus. Strong sensitivity for cultural differences and significant global acumen. Professional and customer focused attitude with strong customer service skills.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration

Do you have Saudi Arabian Citizenship?

Do you have a minimum of two years of experience in IT Procurement?

Typical Education/Experience:

Candidate should typically have 3 or more years of experience in an IT procurement role. ITIL v3 certification desired. University degree desired. (Only university degrees from universities that have been accredited by the Ministry of High Education in Saudi Arabia will be considered as valid).

This position will be part of Boeing International. Pursuant to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 50, dated 21/4/1415H (September 27, 1994) regarding Saudization, this position currently can be filled only by a Saudi national. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabia Law.
