Service Integration & Operations Support Engineer

Job description / Role

Job Purpose / Role:
Perform the Service Provisioning administration, testing and configuration of the customer services using the provisioning tools and Order Management System to ensure timely and accurate service provisioning and activation of customer orders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Review customers projects and service design prepared by presales and prepare the required provisioning plan.
2. Coordinate with CIM Team to test, provision and configure all corporate and residential customers links as per the required services.
3. Updating DB system with all customers services information.
4. Develop and produce periodic provisioning reports (APO weekly and monthly, monthly corp. & res. Prov. KPI, Weekly Activated Services for Finance dept., annual Provisioning report and Customized reports as needed).
5. Review all new and updated TSDs and MSDs from provisioning perspective; and prepare the Services Provisioning hand book.
6. Continuous and effective coordination with other Departments (Sales, Presales, IT, Engineering, CIM, NOC, and Marketing).

Requirements

- BSc. in Computer or Telecom Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- CISCO certificates (CCNP or CCNA).
- Ability to work under pressure and on shifts.
- Excellent skills in communications, planning, customer-focused, process-oriented and result-driven.
- Minimum 2 Years experience in IP networks and services.
- Good experience in Provisioning management tools (Order Management, ISC, and Remedy etc.).
- Good knowledge of IP services (DNS, FTP, HTTP, MAIL, etc.).
