Our Client is one of KSA’s large local conglomerates with aggressive business activities in Automotive and other business division. The Group offers a wide range business portfolio which encompasses Dealership of international brands. The Group has been recognized by its reputation as a fast growing, successful and dynamic Group with a number of operations situated at the main business areas across KSA territory.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to ensure high quality service to customers, achievement of expected service revenues and enhancing customer retention.

Job Overview:

• Reports to After Sales Manager to update progress report on a regular basis
• To manage all Service processes and to ensure all customers receive excellent customer service.
• Maintain standards of performance of the service team through effective coaching and performance management.
• Maintain high levels of customer service standards and ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of Brand service requirements and customer satisfaction
• Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements and regularly review key operating controls (labour efficiency, labour sales, and cost of sales) so that they are in line with brands operating requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the market, ensuring that service marketing campaigns are relevant and targeted.
• Ensure all Service processes and that they are implemented in a consistent manner.
• Regularly communicates and interacts with members of other departments to develop the business
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment; ensuring staff comply with Health and Safety requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity of KAIZEN LEAN implementation is ESSENTIAL
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with a variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task
• Japanese/German brand experience preferred
