Job description / Role
• Provide clear definition of the objectives of Project Services within the company and in the interfaces with clients.
• Ensure that Project Services techniques and practices within the company are compatible with specific types of contract work - in particular the differing demands of separate business streams - and that staff are trained adequately in these differences.
• To read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangements described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents in relation to the the Project Services function.
Requirements
• To coordinate and supervise the activity of technical support group in MEA with the aim to ensuring the best team support to Company’s Process sales structures and customers.
• To provide at a high level expert technical support with the use of Company's portfolio separation technologies in ME for Process market (Oil&Gas/Refinery and Chemical applications) and use this expertise to develop and support customer processes initiatives/opportunities.
• To develop the lab infrastructure in Middle East (location/materials/procedures) to support all LOBs in MEA.
Ability to operate as a member of a global organization team including sales, marketing, PASS, services, etc
• “Sales attitude” : understanding of priorities, schedule commitment respect, care of personal and company’s image, customer respect
• Must have MS or PhD in Chemical, Process, Mechanical or related field and should have a scientific approach towards his work.
