Job description / Role
We are urgently looking for several Service Managers for one of our major clients in the Power Sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure that the financial and operating goals for O&G / M&M Service, as set by the company are met, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Sets operating goals for the various segments of Service Operation in line with the overall company requirements and ensure that these are met.
- Direct the Service / Engineering disciplines in KSA. With Service Sales, develop new service business. Manage and grow of existing business.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction in the services provided is continuously improved.
- Makes frequent customer visits to promote the organizations business objectives and monitors customer satisfaction.
- Set Quality Performance parameters for the operation. .Conducts Customer Satisfaction Reviews annually
- Interfaces with Sales Account Managers and Service Sales on customer issues and opportunities and, where required participates in customer presentations.
- With the local BU Manager, has responsibility for hiring service related personnel, sets salary / bonus structures in line with company guidelines, for personnel within the operation.
- Where applicable develops local polices and ensures Company policies are followed
- Establishes measurable objectives with assigned personnel and regularly monitors performance.
- Ensures the personal development of manpower including training programs.
- With Service sales and BU Management, develops and implements short and long range business plans.
Requirements
- BS Engineering
- Minimum 10 years in Service Business with at least 5 years in Management positions
- Must be fluent in English language, knowledge of Arabic can be an advantage.
- The position will be based in Saudi Arabia
- Candidates coming form the Power sector companies would be a plus
