Service Manger (Eastern Region Branch)

Job description / Role

To manage the service and body shop operations in one of the branches located in Eastern Region

• Must be aware of service organization and Body Shop operations
• Full knowledge of manufactures warranty and manufactures Recall systems
• Must have the ability to Negotiate with Customers & Insurance Companies to retain all estimated work.
• Computer literate, Kerridge computer system is an advantage
• Understand damage process working with insurance company
• Must be able to produce technical and performance reports
• Ability to work under pressure
• Up to date Full driving license
• Able to communicate with both higher management and working colleagues
• Organization skills required
• Ability to develop additional work
• To be able to work without supervision

Requirements

• Full Technical certification required or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer is preferred or Technical College
• Must have 5 years experience in the same job function with a minimum staff under his control of 20 employees
• Must be able to make instant decisions
• Must be able to speak and write English
• English language is mandatory but Arabic language would be an advantage
