Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoy undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, we have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Service Marketing Executives to join Al Futtaim Motors workshop in Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the Service Manager,the key responsibilities will include:

* Meeting with Customers / Companies by making cold calls in the market.
* Converting those Customers / Companies to Workshop for Service / Repairs.
* Creating new Customers by selling Service Contracts.
* Follow up thru telecalls for all Cold calls made customers.
* Promoting Campaigns / Offers to customers in the market.
* Distribution of publicity / promotional material to Companies / Customers whenever required.
* Collection & providing market feedback to Company time to time.
* Telecalling / Follow-up with Fleet Customers for their due Service / repair / maintenance.
* Adherence to all policies & procedures lay down by company.

Suitable candidate should have the following skills and experience:

* Any Graduate / Diploma who has good communication skills in English
* Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service
* Ability to maintain fair, consistent set of standards
* Ability to maintain strong administration skills
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to customers.
* Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform their job.
