Automall's core business is the purchase and sale of used vehicles both to retail and trade customers, with vehicles ranging from economy to prestige.  This is conducted through 8 locations across the emirates by a dedicated team of over 160 Associates and trained Sales Consultants to make sure customers make the right decision when buying a used car. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to join the Al Futtaim Automall team. This job role is responsible for Refurbishing the pre-owned vehicles for sale through the Retail channel and for Servicing and managing the warranty of these vehicles after the sale.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

* Vehicle Turnaround Time for Refurbishment
* Refurbishment  of  Vehicles within the Estimate
* Quality of Refurbishment
* Revenue of Cross selling of products to customers
* Revenue Generation by servicing of vehicles after sales
* Achieving High levels of Customer engagement
* Personal Leadership by keeping the team highly engaged

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma or Graduation in Engineering , MS Office Skills,

Minimum Experience: 5 years in Service operations in a Multi Franchise operation.

Job-Specific Skills: Project Management and Execution, Technical Training and People Management Skills along with verbal and written communications skills in English and preferably in Arabic.

Behavioural Competencies: High Emotional Maturity, Ability to work in a multicultural environment, well Organised and focussed on objectives, Result and Performance Orientation.
