Service Operations Manager - DOMASCO - Doha, Qatar

As part of the after sales team you will be responsible for providing management cover and support to create a customer centric service department driven by highly engaged service staff which enables the parts and sales departments to achieve repeat sales. You will maximise all revenue streams to achieve and exceed set targets.

Based in Doha, you will also work closely with the location Service Manager to implement Honda dealer standards throughout and be recognised as the market leader in the region.

Requirements

Ideally you will have 10-15 years automotive experience, within the service department preferred. A mechanical or engineering degree would be an advantage.

Excellent communication and leadership skills will help you to succeed in this role. Strong analytical and administrative competence is critical.
