A fantastic business in Bahrain is looking to recruit a Service Reception Manager to the team.
To be considered for this role you must speak Arabic and have worked in the premium brand sector within automotive previously.

The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the general service reception operations. To develop a customer orientated and profitable PC Service reception. This includes in particular, optimal utilization of the market, creating high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring high yields for the department, as well as planning, controlling and monitoring all processes in the PC customer service areas.

• Supervising the PC Service reception operation, and achieving targeted levels of throughput, profitability and CSI
• Ensure and promote service-related products such as service contracts and menu pricing and ensure they are always available and updated
• Facilitate that courtesy cars are available and priority is given to their optimum utilization
• Supervising company facilities (heating, ventilation, AC systems, equipment, machines, buildings and estates.)
• Ensuring health safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by superior
• Survey all factors in the customer contact area which might influence the customer’s attitude towards the dealership
• Ensuring payment, supervising and improving measures to create customer confidence in the PC reception (quality of work, workmanship, pricing, keeping deadlines, advising of customers, etc)
• Clarification and handling of customer complaints, warranty and goodwill claims, handling special customer complaints promptly and tactfully
• Personally manage key customers
• Ensure all direct reports follow sample activities below to engender excellent Customer Service practices and follow Company polices
• To manage the team to ensure all department targets are met.
• Compile an annual training needs analysis for the reception staff
• Ensure all relevant team members participate in regular training as per training plan, including attendance at manufacturer training courses and cascade the information to the relevant team members in the form of an in house training session.
• To report all poor performing staff to the line manager along with a recommendation of action to be taken as per HR policy.

Requirements

To be considered for this role:

• Complete basic education
• Experience in managing a team is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision making abilities
