Job description / Role
- Looking after the service reception and complete front staff.
- Handling customer complains in a professional way.
- Organizing the whole service process.
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing and providing innovative solutions to solve customer's problems.
- Ensures work is completed as scheduled.
- Giving training for the new staff joining to the company.
Requirements
- Customer Service Skills.
- Time Management.
- People Management.
- Luxury Automotive Reception Experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Sound knowledge in handling Customer complaints and handling the reception area staff.
