Service Sales Manager (UPS)

Job description / Role

One of the leading European Manufacturer specialised in the distribution of electrical switching, protection systems and UPS, is urgently looking for a Service Sales Manager to join the Dubai based office.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the technical and sales team, the Service Sales Manager will play a key role in the development and consolidation of the after sales business in the Arabian Gulf region.

Job Description
- Prepare and execute sales plans in line with company strategy and guarantee the target in the assigned area
- Organize his own visit plan, based on current turnover and assessed market potential
- Promote the company's image, its after sales service and added value in front of the customers
- Demonstrate to customers the added value of having a preventive maintenance scheme
- Identify new prospects among customers
- Make commercial offers
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
- Provide sales and technical support
- Prepare sales analysis and reports
- Follow up payment procedure coordinating with the Finance department

Requirements

- Electrical Engineering degree from a reputed institution
- Good level of technical knowledge in the field of electrical power engineering and UPS
- 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant technical sales positions in the same business sector
- High level of energy, motivation and sales acumen
- Established network of customers within the assigned territory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must be based in the UAE, with professional experience gained in this market.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic languages, knowledge of French would be considered a plus

Please note, this position requires traveling more than 50% of working time.
