Job description / Role
- Collection of Documents: Collect AMC / Casual Job documents, drawing, cheques, approvals etc., from customers and co-ordinate within the organization.
- Delivery of Documents: Deliver AMC Contracts, Casual Job Proposals, invoice submission with service reports for payment, document, drawing submittal, Sample Board, O & M Manual etc.
- Payments: Follow up for payments collection.
- General Office Work: Maintain Service Reports, Manuals, Documents, and Catalogues as per instructions provided. Assist the service team in preparation of quotes, estimates, tender submissions & correspondence.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary School and computer literate.
- 2 years experience in similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
