The RoleThe RoleService Solution Manager - TELECOM ONLY 1. Responsible for Short and Long Term Service Solution Development & Integration Planning and Strategy. 2. Responsible for Account Professional Service(PS) sales strategy planning and strategy outlining. 3. Responsible for Development of Service Solutions Marketing & Branding material to support PS sales. 4. Engaged in Services pre-sales phase by supporting customer's communication and by developing branding solutions and clarification workshops. 5. Support and leader Service Sales projects solution design, solution, and bidding activities. 6. Monitor Market direction and prepare trends and gaps analysis and reporting (Total Addressable Market(TAM), Competition, etc.) |
RequirementsRequirements1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent. 2. At least 5 years of experience in Telecom and ICT markets. 3. At least 3 years experience in PS sales or business development in a similar environment. 4. Minimum 5 to 8 years of technical hands on experience in the field of MS, SI, RNO, of 2G/3G core and access technologies. Knowledge of other VAS, IN, and other ICT solutions like DR, BSS, CC, and DC is a plus. 5. Minimum of 3 years of PS solution sales experience for a telecom company or 2 years of Sales Business Development in similar industry. 6. Strong communication & presentation skills are must. 7. Strong command of English & Arabic languages. 8. Background of multi telecom and ICT technologies is highly preferred. |
