Service Supervisor - AF Honda - Abu Dhabi

As part of our Honda Service team, you will be responsible for control and to guide the repair and maintenance activities in the workshop and to achieve or exceed the business targets by ensuring that maximum productivity and technical efficiency on the technical floor as always.

You will be responsible for managing the vehicle movement in and out of workshop. You will be accountable for optimizing productivity, efficiency and workshop output and review for continuous improvement. In addition, you will control productive time and allocation. You are also expected to lead and develop a strong performing team capable of achieving changing customer expectation levels by achieving target CSI scores.

Requirements

You should possess a degree/ Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and should have at least a minimum of 3 to 5 years overall experience with automobile dealership out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Department at supervisory level.

You should have the ability to plan, organize, and supervise the workshop floor and lead the team. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with strong leadership skills. You should be Capable of using ERP system to generate management and daily /monthly workshop reports. A SAP user skill is an advantage and highly preferred.
