Coordinate and direct the activities of service operations in the job of Frac Acid Service Supervisor II. You will instruct crew members at the job site, ensure customers are satisfied with work performed, and collect and distribute job-related data. Supervisory responsibilities include providing input on employee performance levels, training, and skill development.
Requirements
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Completing HES career development (competency) requirements for job role
- Completion of a high school diploma or similar education
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Skills are typically acquired by 4 years PSL experience.
A high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid drivers license is required. You must also meet competency task list requirements for this job.
