Service Supervisor - Industrial Doors & Docking Systems - Storage Handling Solutions - Dubai

We are looking to hire a Service Supervisor to join our Industrial Doors & Docking Systems - Storage Handling Solutions team in Dubai.
Your role and responsibilities will cover the following;
*In coordination with customers, plan & coordinate product maintenance schedules.
*Generate and receive enquiries from customers regarding all aspects of product service to generate maximum aftersales opportunities.
*Handle emergency breakdown and routine service enquiries
*Preparation and submission of maintenance and repair quotations
*Preparation and submission of final service invoices, including necessary customer authorizations.
*Ensure products are maintained to manufacturer's standards.
*Achievement of workshop KPI's including utilization, efficiency, redo work, work-in-progress levels, turnover & profit margins.
*Adherence to required standards of housekeeping, Health & Safety, ISO (QMS and EMS) and Dealer Standards.
*Recommendations for recruitment, training and welfare Service staff.
*Recommendations for tools & equipment necessary to carry out all site duties efficiently & safely. Maintenance, calibration & replacement of tools & equipment.
*Reporting & follow-up of product quality issues to manufacturers.
*In conjunction with Parts Department, ensure material ordering, stocking and replenishment ensures efficient service operation.
*Liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and scheduling of work.
*Assist to ensure all due receivables are collected within agreed timescales.
*Develop & maintain excellent relationships with principals, suppliers & subcontractors.
*Allocation and follow-up of jobs to suitable field Technicians.
*In conjunction with Projects Department, ensure product installations are completed to the correct standard
*Active guidance and coaching of service staff to encourage a productive and efficient team.
Requirements
* The selected candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications;
Minimum Qualification:
* Graduate from recognized University, Degree in Engineering Business Management.
* Background in: Service Sales & Marketing Management
* General skills required for the job
* PC literate
* UAE driving license
