Trading Enterprises (TE), a division of the Al-Futtaim Group and was established in 1971. TE is the exclusive distributor of Volvo, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram products in the UAE. In addition, it is the distributor of Jeep in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Across its sales, service and parts operations, Trading Enterprises continues to grow as the business expands every year.We are currently looking to recruit a Service Supervisor / Service Engineer to work for Trading Enterprises Dubai based operations. As Service Supervisor your primary responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to: * Workshop capacity planning and loading to maximise output from technicians and meet committed vehicle delivery schedule. * Optimising productivity, efficiency and workshop output and review for continuous improvement * Reporting of all critical technical problems to the Technical Support Manager for assistance. * Monitoring maintenance and upkeep of workshop and equipments * Follow up on parts not available and VOR cases. * Reviewing and approving warranty jobs and minimising warranty waste through process audit. * Identifying training needs for technicians and have development plan for their career progression. * Develop Multi skill technicians and minimise turnaround time. * Minimise workshop consumable costs through control measures. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: * Must have a 4-year Bachelors Degree or a 3 years Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical  Engineering * Must have 5 to 7 years Automotive dealership Experience * Must have sound technical knowledge. * Must be computer literate - knowledge of MS Office is essential. * Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written * Must be willing to work on shifts, extended working hours in the evening and even on weekends |
