FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are looking to hire a Service Supervisor to join our Truck and Bus team in Dubai. You will be responsible for supervising the administration function within the service department with specific responsibility for time recording, control of work-in-progress, special tools (including diagnostic equipment), technical feedback, vehicle inspections and monitoring of workshop KPI's. In addition liaison with principals, internal staff, suppliers and customers at all levels.Your role and responsibilities will cover the following; * To effectively and efficiently supervise service administration by monitoring turnover & gross margin.* Provide technical feedback reports to/from principals* Control and update of special tools including diagnostic equipment by monitoring cost control, redo levels and efficiency* Chassis checks & confirmation as per the standards set by the RTA & Dubai police requirements* Warranty, Campaign & Contract Management by overseeing claim quality & reimbursements and campaign completions.* Control of invoicing, WIP and receivables* Oversee time keeping in particular technician productivity reports & incentives. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe selected candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications; * University Graduate or suitable experience within relevant Automotive/Commercial Vehicle industry.* A Minimum 5 years experience with reputable franchised Automotive/Commercial Vehicle/Industrial Machinery dealer or distributor.* Communication at all levels* Problem-solving.* Analytical skills* Financial awareness* knowledge of Dealer Management Systems* In-Depth product knowledge and Technical awareness of Commercial Vehicles/Industrial Machinery. |
