The Role


The Role

1. Handle service related customer complaints
2. Machine Trouble Shooting on site / garage according to the Job assigned by the Service Engineer.
3. Taking corrective & preventive action on Machines.
4. Installation and servicing of oil free / oil injected piston / screw compressors. Portable and stationary type of Compressors.
5. Coordinate with spare parts dept. for parts requirement.
6. Dealing with network piping for compressed air system.
7. Verify the completed job against customer complaints.

Requirements


Requirements

1. Diploma or a degree holder.
2. Hardworking and can work independently or with minimum supervision.
3. Self Driven, results oriented with a positive outlook towards job.
4. Reliable, tolerant and determined and can work under pressure.
5. A team player – able to get along with others.
6. Computer Literate.
7. Well verse in English communication both oral and written.
8. Well conversant with servicing, troubleshooting & fault finding of diesel and motor driven screw air compressor (oil free or oil injected piston/ screw compressors) as well as overhauling of compressor screw elements & diesel engines.
9. Should be able to read electric/ pneumatic and hydraulic circuit diagrams, diagnosing and repairing.
10. Knowledge of network piping for compressed air system.
11. Previous experience with compressor dealers is preferred.
