Serviceman (Vehicle Washer) – FAMCO

FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently seeking for a Serviceman (Vehicle Washer) to join the FAMCO team in Dubai.

The key responsibilities of this role includes:

Damage checks - Complete checks done on all vehicles coming for washing
Vehicle cleaning - Cars in the bay must be vacuumed and complete interior cleaning conducted as per the Hertz quality standards and procedure. All seat and radio settings are not to be touched.
Auto car wash & wiping - During auto car wash be alert and watch the process to avoid any damages due to malfunctioning of the machine. Once the washing is completed move the car out to the wiping area and clean the car from outside. Also responsible for ensuring a complete check for quality of clean before moving the car from the wiping area.
Parking of ready cars - Once the wiping and rechecks are over move the car to the ready area, reverse park with ready tag, switch off all lights and radio.
Maintaining image & assets - Ensure the cleaning area is neat and tidy, round-ups for yard cleaning as per schedule. Proper handling of company assets including vehicles, equipments and consumables in such a manner which proves the dedication and sincerity of the employee. Cleaning of auto car wash, vacuum machine, bays & equipments in the bay, manual car wash and fuel pump in each shift as scheduled
Log sheet recording - As the vehicles are being cleaned, record the details of each vehicle handled into the Log sheet. Lost & found, equipment malfunction etc is also recorded in the same manner. Ensure the sheets are handed over to the Manager by end of each shift for verification.

Requirements

To be successfully considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

* Educated to secondary level or equivalent
* Hard-working and attentive personality.
* Attention to detail and take pride in your work
* Able to communicate in English to an adequate level
* A good level of written English in order to complete all paperworks.
* A valid UAE Driver's Licence
