Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Building & developing MS/Symantec/Network/Security and infra services practices (technology consulting, deployment, support and training) through a services team
• Understanding and building a strong business relationship with the Bahrain market place and creating services generation model.
• Creating a business pipeline for the year ahead on technology consultancy & integration for Bahrain
• A deep understanding on the business drivers and customer requirements
• Understand the current and future technical challenges for assigned customer segment, and based on that understanding, formulate and execute an overarching technical strategy with specific and detailed tactics to evangelize Microsoft’s products and technologies leading to customer-specific solutions. The role will include liaison with appropriate sales team and customer for presales and proposal building.
• Understand competitive technologies and strategy and formulate plans to address competitive sales efforts. Create, manage, and own sales of MS/Symantec/Network/Security and other infrastructure solutions to ensure successful transition from pre-sales to deployment
• Develop and support the sales of solution offerings relevant to the infrastructure and application support.
• Positively impact on customer satisfaction. Build and maintain technical relationships between principal and key technical personnel within assigned accounts and use your technical knowledge and skills to influence these decision makers.
• Accountable and responsible for PO and payment collection for the technology services/support contracts/ outsourced services rendered by the services team.
• Articulate and propagate and downstream the management goals of the organization; Work towards [individually and as a team] achieving organizational goals
• Working on tenders for governments, enterprises etc. for horizontal and vertical business solutions in close synergy with the organization objectives.
• To be service driven with a focus on services revenue on a quarterly target.
• Contribution to documentation requirements for new or existing applications shared services
• Responsibility for the execution of tasks and projects to achieve the support services team’s business objectives
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
• Manages day-to-day client interaction.
• Sets and manages client expectations. Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Identify training areas for the team to develop, motivate and retain services team without losing the experience and expertise.
• Proactive people management including regular appraisal, performance management and rewards process through assigning KRA and evaluation through KPI achievements
• Coordinate with human resources department in handling interviews and provide necessary support for the recruitment of consultants in the organization.

Requirements

• Graduate in science or bachelor of engineering in ICT, preferred with services management background and having ITIL certification or service specialization certifications with technology specialization and certification like MCSE, CCDP, VMware etc..
• 12-15 years in IT systems integration and services in institutional and government sales.
