Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Services Reporting Officer to their UAE team. As the portfolio of infrastructure / civil projects across the Middle East continues to expand, so too does our employer, a leading provider of public safety and security solutions. Looking to expand their ranks and with long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is seeking to welcome a professional and experienced Services Reporting Officer for their multi-billion dollar infrastructure project. This role is responsible to produce Management Information (MI) reports on a scheduled and ad hoc basis analysing performance in both focus areas and more widely across the business.

Reporting to the Quality, Process & Reporting Manager, this role is responsible for the following:

• Creation and development of a set of MI reports and identifying areas where MI can be aligned across the business to ensure reporting protects the business from any risk and compliance issues and supports maximum revenue
• Provide accurate and timely reporting and relevant management information to all areas of the business, including both static and scheduled reporting and the evaluation and documentation of the information
• Gathering information from stakeholders across the business, analysing the data, preparing presentations for senior management and presenting these demonstrating a ‘deep dive’ analysis into the data
• Educating and informing a wide range of internal stakeholders on relevant insights and propose any follow-up work required
• Measuring and verifying the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the end to end lifecycle of the customer experience through reporting
• Building and maintaining a data warehouse and dashboard for the business to use and tailoring this for optimum output
• Conduct and analyse internal and external surveys and bench mark performance against key competitors within the market
• Specialist projects as agreed with the line manager to support the business requirements
• Improve processes and automation and develop useful information to users

Requirements

The attributes we seek for this pivotal role include:

• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management (ITIL Foundation v3)
• Previous experience in an MI Analyst / Data Analyst role (or similar) with a focus on reporting and reporting strategy
• IT literate and proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to work to targets, SLAs and prioritise workload.
• Strong statistical knowledge and excellent numeric ability with attention to detail
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural team.
• Strong problem solving skills and be able to articulate at a high/detailed level to peers/managers
