SharePoint Consultant/Developer - Dubai

Role:
Support the business in the selection, implementation, and support of SharePoint applications. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SharePoint solution expertise to effectively integrate SharePoint into the business environment in order to achieve expected business results.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SharePoint to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
2. Design, configuration and testing of core SharePoint solutions
3. Use knowledge about SharePoint workflows implementation and deliver
4. Participate in code reviews and recommend best practices for code
5. Use the experience on the application, configuration, deployment and maintenance (site configuration, template manipulation) and deliver
6. Act as liaison with business users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems; map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.

Requirements

1. Ideally have Nintex or K2 workflow experience with integration to SAP
2. SharePoint skills
3. Business knowledge and process design skills
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Able to collaborate with key stakeholders, and have a strong desire to excel
6. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
9. Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
10. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
11. Must be an effective problem solver
