Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To carry out sales and margin space performance analysis at both macro (range) and micro (product) level.
- To support, through detailed analysis, the development of the store Space Planning Matrix of recommended footage allocations to maximize store profitability.
- To manage branch requests which involve macro space changes.
- To manage the delivery of the space rebalancing project, ensuring it is delivered to schedule.
- To identify additional opportunities and make recommendations to further improve the sales and margin return per foot of store space.
- To develop systems and processes to enable more user focused, automated space performance reporting.
- Creates Planograms including new stores and existing store updates.
- Creates Gondola & floor display matrix for all in store promotion displays based on daily, weekly ads and marketing campaigns.
- Report creation and analysis of product, performance, stock turn and profitability.
- Participates in shelf-space, trend, plan-o-gram and competitive analyses based on Retail account-specific data.
- Assists in the identification of product mix recommendations for specific Retail accounts.
- Presents findings internally to sales and marketing team members.
- Leads the Planogram renewal process for a multi-vendor category team.

Requirements

- Should have at least 6-7 years of total space planning experience with major retailers.
- At least worked 5 years on JDA intactix software at IKB level.
- At least worked 5 years on creating planograms using SP level 7/10.
- First-hand experience in generating dash board reports on Micro and Macro space.
- Graduate in IT, Commerce, Science, Engg preferred.
- Corporate trained on JDA, Apollo SP, FP & IKB tools.
- Good written communication skills
- High analytical and excel reporting skills
- Knowledge of using BI tools
