Job description / Role
Objective: To maintain a smooth running of the Plant and Machineries during Shifts
Main responsibilities:
Continuous running of all the Machines, Management of Labour and Technicians. Troubleshooting of the Machineries. Providing adequte Raw Material on the floor from the Warehouse
Reporting to: Plant Manger
Subordinates: Technicians, Labours
Other interactions: Local Suppliers and Workshops
Number required: 4
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Aug 15, 2015
Probation: 3 months
Working hours: Saturday - Thursday , 8 am - 5.30 pm
Travel requirements: None
Gross monthly base salary: SAR 4500
Commission / Bonus: Bonus - As per Company policy
Other Benefits: Furnished Bachelor accommodation , Transportation and Medical by the Company.
Requirements
University Qualifications: BE - Mechanical
Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years of exp in Mechanical Production Plant or Mechanical Industrial Projects.
Specialist knowledge: Auto CADD , Basic Computer knowledge required for the job
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Should be a Team Man having qualities to get the job done from the Technicians and Labours
Age Range: 24 - 27
Gender Preference: Male
Language Fluency: English , Hindi, Arabic
