As a member of the Starbucks store management team, you'll set the tone for your store, you will be coaching your team and inspiring them through your own example of excellence in all store operations. You will receive word-class coffee knowledge using all opportunities in the business to learn and develop yourself as a leader. You will be ultimately responsible for creating and maintaining a third place experience in your store and leading your team to deliver a legendary service all of the time.
The Shift Supervisor is overlooking a team of partners (Baristas) and his job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

*Assist the Store Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts
* Deliver legendary service to all Starbucks customers
* Improve productivity and drive sales
* Apply all standards consistently
* Train, develop and coach your store team in all operational areas

Requirements

*Good commands of written and spoken English

*Customer Understanding

*Ability to delegate tasks/ deploy team members

*Strong interpersonal skills/ ability to lead & motivate others

*High flexibility and energy level.

*1-2 years experience in a relevant position.
