Job description / Role
Plan and coordinate cargo and vessel operational matters.. Issue, monitor and manage shipping instructions, vessel nominations and related matters.
Ensure shipments are carried out in accordance with contractual terms and execute documentation accordingly.
Coordinate with domestic and overseas logistics offices and agents at load/discharge ports.
Coordinates with domestic and overseas LDC logistics offices and agents at load and discharge ports to arrange cargo logistics and advise any special instruction regarding cargo.
Monitor and ensure smooth execution of all matters related to letter of credit and Insurance documentation.
Requirements
Having 8-12 years of experience in bulk cargo handling.
Fast paced ,dynamic, having strong inter-personal skills.
Knowledge of letter of credit - UCP rules & ISBP,,C/P terms and its relation to sales/purchase of contracts, laytime calculations, C/P B/L requirements, etc. including insurance classifications.
