Job description / Role
Based on the instruction of the Shipping Coordinator Supervisor, arrange delivery of materials to the user-rig site concerned at the right time in the right place, maintain record of all the receipts and issues with complete refection and also curt out all other routine job associated with the division.
1. Communication by SSB & VHF (Radio)
2. Preparing Outgoing manifest.
3. Passing Manifest & Loading instruction to ESNAAD Base Operations.
4. Issue manifest to supply vessel, Tools Service & Materials Team.
5. Material arranging with supplier.
6. Checking delivery tickets & test certificates.
7. checking Tools Service Materials.
8. Supply Vessels Clearance
9. Supervision - Offloading /Loading
10. Outstanding Cargo Preparation.
11. Preparing daily supply vessel position report (0530hrs / 1930hrs).
12. Monthly Tonnage Preparation.
13. Invoice Checking
14. Core (call off Requisition) preparation.
15. Collecting data/statistics for Shipping Team.
16. Maintain files of all Incoming & Outgoing documentation.
Requirements
Nationality Preference: Any nationality
Gender Preference: Male
Age Range: from 25 to 40
University Qualifications: 3 years college diploma
Other certifications obtained: bachelor degree
Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years of experience in Marine / Shipping
Specialist knowledge: Fluent in English (speaking and Writing
Soft Skills and Personality traits: computer skills
