Shop Floor Manager (Riyadh)

- Reporting to Boutique manager, located in the boutique permanently, and working on shift basis.
- Main target of the position is to make sure the daily operation of the shop floor and customer service standards are kept well functioning at all times with maximum sales & customer service .

FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS:
- Leading by example the shop floor team for ultimate performance on daily basis, through the best customer service, perfect attendance and grooming, best team spirit, maximum sales, strictly following policies and procedures in all aspects.
- Collaborate with the boutique manager in regards to the monthly individual targets of the shop floor team, following up on their progress through the month, providing feedback while supporting them for maximum achievements.
- Monitoring the performance of the team, attendance, grooming standards, team spirit and customer service as per the standards communicating feedback in this regard.
- Motivating the team for best performance, on daily basis through feedbacks and on the job trainings and process follow up making sure each member is doing his job properly and evenly as per their job description (buttler as a buttler)
- In charge of making sure all team members are updated with all information about the brand communicated by the retail manager and the administration to help increase awareness about the brand and the same is communicated to customers when applicable.
- Conducting targeted on the job trainings for required areas per staff, and scheduled meetings and debriefs with the team (weekly / daily) to keep them updated about new information and well involved in the operation as a whole; conducting on monthly basis predefined trainings related to selling techniques, product knowledge and/or selling techniquestrainings to be agreed upon with the retail manager ahead.
- To know all rules, regulations and procedures, follow them and make sure the rest of the team is following them as well (mall, municipality and internal)
- Implementing and maintaining, on daily basis, merchandizing standards communicated by the management on seasonal basis; training and supervising all team members to do the same, providing feedback from customers of the same for adjustments and considerations in the future
- Making sure all requested procedures are followed, and forms are well used, especially order forms, invoices, receipts and cash related forms Making personally the perfect orders as reference for the team; supervise and check all special orders made by team members in order to stay informed first, to correct and improve weaknesses through communication and feedbacks.
- Collecting customers feedback and communicating to management
- Assuring stock availability, quality and variety of products as per collections communicated by retail manager for maximum salesthrough making sure ordering cycle is maintained by the right people at the right times ordering the right quantities(physical checks on stock on hand, on seasonal items as well as regular items)
- Making sure that the shop floor and back area meets AT ALL TIMES the standards of the municipality, the mall and the brand in terms of health, safety, and quality control (changing frequently).
- Monitoring the physical state of the shop, maintenance and cleanliness; to maintain the best presentation of products, window, back area AT ALL TIMES.
- Maintaining a healthy communication flow with the shop floor team, on different shifts through proper verbal communication and communication book.
- Handling all types of customers evenly, regular, VIPs and corporate, help in creating their requirements and satisfying their requests with compliance to the companys procedures and production capacity and availability.while making sure all team members are having chances for sales opportunities of different styles and categories.
- Update the customer data base, and make sure all team is doing the same to feed the administration with new data and contacts to be used in marketing and feedback collection on special seasonson monthly basis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- An knowledge in sales and retail management would be appreciated
- Valued areas of study may include Retail Management, Sales , Marketing Management, and Strategic Management
- previous team management or related experience
